Mint an embed token for the hosted journey

https://api.opensylo.com/api/v1/marketplace-api/merchants/{ref}/embed-tokens

Mints a short-lived (15-minute) JWT scoped to this single merchant, for
rendering the embedded application journey via the OpenSylo Embed SDK.
Deliver it to your frontend over a secure channel and pass it to
ApplicationJourney({ token, ... }). Mint a fresh token each time the
merchant opens the journey.
