Start OAuth authorization

https://api.opensylo.com/oauth/authorize

Initiates the Authorization Code + PKCE flow. The marketplace redirects
the merchant's browser to this endpoint. After merchant consent, OpenSylo
redirects back to redirect_uri with an authorization code and state.
